First, let me say that I really enjoy stepsibling romance books. There's something about getting the taboo without the real taboo!! This book was more enjoyable than most. It was sexy and hot and forbidden, but at the same time, it really was true love. I loved the relationship between Eli and Violet. I really came to hate Violet's dad. And for a good portion, I hated Eli's mom for not stepping up for her son. In the end, and after everything that happened, I slowly came over to her side and she won me over. I recommend this book wholeheartedly; it's not your typical stepbrother romance which makes me like it more!
